Those 3 don't have mechs that walk around them or anything, and you'll find AKs and other stuff in there. If you make your way down to A4 naval base you can go to the very bottom along the coast, and then walk north-west and there's 2 mechs that paths end right around the few mess halls buildings you see, but they turn around and go pretty far and you can just run across the road where the mess halls are, up the north of you to the basketball court or whatever it is that has the few boxes, keep going north through the fence and there will be 3 of the metal military storage building things (idk why I can't think of the correct name for them).
